Holy Moments Happening Here builds on what Matthew Kelly and Dynamic Catholic started. In his book, Matthew challenges each of us to start with one holy moment a day. Then why not two? Why not more — and more — until you're experiencing holy moments, God's presence, in your life every day, all day long. And when that happens, you won't be able to keep it to yourself. You'll be anxious to share the experience with three people, who will share it with three more, and three more after that — trusting God's multiplication to turn one holy moment into millions of changed lives.
Our piece of that is the invitation itself. As a tool — a starting point — we offer you the Holy Moments Challenge and the Pillars of Notice, Inspire, Encourage, and Act... in Gratitude, as a way of going deeper in your relationship with Jesus and discovering what God is calling you to: what your Holy Moments look like, and who you're meant to share them with.

Our Story
I am the founder of Holy Moments Happening Here, and I want to tell you why. I’ve been a daughter, a sister, a wife, a mother, a grandmother, a friend, a ministry leader, and a woman of faith for as long as I can remember. In the middle of a season of health challenges and surgery — when I was still and vulnerable in ways I hadn’t been in years — I made a choice. I chose gratitude. Not because everything was fine. It wasn’t. Not because I felt grateful — I didn’t always. But because gratitude isn’t a feeling you wait for. It’s a decision you make. And when I made it, something shifted. I began to see what had always been there. God’s fingerprints on an ordinary morning. His faithfulness woven through decades I had lived too quickly to notice. The people He had sent — one after another — each one carrying something I needed. Each one a Holy Moment walking around in human form. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8). That is the whole message, really. God has been faithful — yesterday, today, always. And He is asking us to notice, and to say yes. That is what Holy Moments Happening Here is. We are a community of men and women committed to noticing where God has already been present in our stories — who inspired us, who encouraged us, and how we’ve been that person for someone else without even knowing it. And then asking what God is calling us to now: to act, to serve, to glorify Him in the ordinary moments of an ordinary life. Not a program. Not a performance. Just people, learning together to see what has always been there — and saying yes when we’re asked to be part of someone else’s story.
